If payment has already been received for a cancelled order, the applicable refund will be processed.

Payment

We currently accept:

  • Prepaid Orders
  • Partial Cash on Delivery (Partial COD) for eligible orders

Full Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.

All payments are processed through secure payment gateways.

Shipping

Orders are processed within 4–5 business days after payment confirmation.

Estimated delivery time is 7–10 business days from dispatch, depending on the delivery location.

Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Returns are accepted only within 10 business days of delivery and only for the following reasons:

  • Wrong Size Received
  • Damaged Product
  • Incorrect Product Received

Products must be:

  • Unused
  • Unwashed
  • In original condition
  • With all original tags attached
  • In original packaging

Returns requested for the following reasons will not be accepted:

  • Change of mind
  • Product not liked
  • Product did not meet personal expectations
  • Minor color variations due to display settings

Approved refunds are processed within 4–5 business days after the returned product passes our quality inspection.
